Rates & Insurance
Rates vary depending on the length of session. Initial consultations are always free and we can use that time to further discuss your specific needs. Payment is due at the time of service and cash, check, or credit card are accepted.
I’m an out of network provider. Although I don’t accept insurance for payment, I can provide a monthly super bill which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding specific coverage and benefits, please contact your insurance provider.
Questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
I accept cash, check, and credit card as forms of payment.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
